The survey was conducted with a random selection of patients across all doctors at the practice. Thank you to all those who responded.
We are pleased to see positive results in all areas of the survey, and have identified a few key areas that we can work on to continue to improve patient experience at the practice.
We are always open to feedback, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We have a suggestion box in the entrance hall, and you are always welcome to speak to your doctor or one of our receptionists.
