Castlecrag Medical Practice is a mixed billing practice.

COVID-19-related telehealth will be bulk billed. Patients will be advised at booking, that there will be a charge for private telehealth consultations.
Fees for necessary additional procedures will be advised by the doctor at the time of the consultation.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Please pay by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or EFTPOS. If required, we can send all claims electronically to Medicare and the rebate amount will be deposited into your bank account.
Bulk billing is available for patients who hold the following current identification cards:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Veterans Affairs Card
The following services are also bulk billed:
- Scheduled Childhood Immunisations
- Care plans
- Mental health care plans
- Health assessments
- Chronic disease checks
Prescriptions and Referrals
New prescriptions and medical referrals require a consultation with your doctor.
Referrals will NOT be backdated.
Lost, or repeat prescriptions and referrals requested over the phone will require either a scheduled telehealth appointment or a face to face appointment.
